No listing is real, no reservation can be made, and the new-litter alert form does not send or store any email.
1. Acceptance
Using this site means you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
2. Purpose of the site — a portal, not a seller
Mon Chiot is a portal listing ads published by independent breeders across Québec and Ontario. We are not breeders, we own no puppy shown on the site, and we take no part in the transaction between a family and a breeder. Published information is provided for informational purposes; only a written agreement between the breeder and the adopting family is binding.
3. No sale or payment processed by Mon Chiot
No puppy can be reserved or purchased directly on this site, and no payment is processed here. Any placement necessarily involves a direct exchange between the family and the breeder, a meeting, and the signing of an adoption contract specific to that breeder.
4. Accuracy of listings
Each breeder is responsible for the accuracy of their own listings. We ask every breeder to keep their listings up to date and remove any listing reported as inaccurate, but we cannot guarantee at all times the accuracy of content published by third parties.
5. Information about the animals
Breed, temperament and needs descriptions are general and do not replace veterinary advice. Every dog is an individual: the temperament observed in a puppy is not a guarantee of its adult behaviour, which depends largely on its upbringing and living environment.
6. Intellectual property
The text, layout and graphic elements of this site are protected by copyright. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization is prohibited.

The illustrated thumbnails on the "Available Puppies" page are original creations by Allenby Solutions. In production, each breeder would publish their own photographs.

This site links to eleveurs.monchiot.ca, the sign-up portal for breeders, as well as to other third-party sites over which we have no control. We assume no responsibility for their content or privacy practices.
9. Limitation of liability
We strive to keep information current and accurate, without being able to guarantee it. We cannot be held liable for any damage arising from use of this site, from a transaction concluded with a breeder, or from an inability to access the site.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the province of Québec. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the district where Mon Chiot is based.
